Typical twin house is functionally projected for family from four persons. A house has simple architecture and simple structural decision, that diminishes the building cost. On a ground floor there is a large living room, kitchen with a kitchen corner and practical pantry, economic apartment, in that set two functional gas caldron, and also rest room, in that it is possible to get from a platform. There are three rooms on a mansard, including one with a cloak-room and bath. Above a garage a terrace on that exit from a mansard is located. Building cost without internal finishing.
